Meet Bryan Thomas, the Brewmaster at Ivanhoe Ale Works. His brewing journey began like the plot of a feel-good movie—thanks to a home brew kit from his wife, who thought he needed a hobby.
After winning a brewing competition while working at Ben E. Keith. Bryan took the leap, trained with local pros, and honed his craft at top breweries like Steam Theory and Deep Ellum.
